Make this glaze
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon leaves
- 1 tsp balsamic or cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp white or regular Worcestershire Sauce
- Dash of onion powder (optional)
Place pork chops on grill, brush with glaze, cook each side for 14 to 16 minutes. Discard any remaining glaze.
