Honey Grilled Porkchops

1 lb boneless pork chops 1 inch thick

Make this glaze

  1. 1/4 cup honey
  2. 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  3. 1 tbsp orange juice
  4. 1/4 tsp dried tarragon leaves
  5. 1 tsp balsamic or cider vinegar
  6. 1/2 tsp white or regular Worcestershire Sauce
  7. Dash of onion powder (optional)

Place pork chops on grill, brush with glaze, cook each side for 14 to 16 minutes. Discard any remaining glaze.
